A decorated U.S. Air Force veteran and former Commander of the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Special Operations Division, Bill has been accepted as an expert witness in state and federal courts nationwide. Lieutenant Colonel Charles R. “Charlie” Clark (Ret.) is the Operations Chief at Applied Marine Technology, Inc., bringing over five decades of experience in marine operations, boating safety, and law enforcement leadership. A U.S. Navy veteran and former Lieutenant Colonel with the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, he has overseen thousands of marine investigations and developed nationally recognized training programs for boating and tactical response. Inducted into the National Safe Boating Council Hall of Fame, Lt. Col.
